Hibiscus Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups water
1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers
Sugar, honey, or alternative sweetener (to taste)
Instructions:
Boil Water: Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a kettle.
Add Hibiscus Flowers: Once the water is boiling, add the dried hibiscus flowers.
Steep: Turn off the kettle and allow the hibiscus flowers to steep for at least 10 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor will be.
Strain and Serve: Pour the tea into a cup, straining out the hibiscus flowers.
Sweeten: Add your choice of sweetener to taste.
Enjoy: This tea can be served hot or chilled for a refreshing beverage.
