Hibiscus Tea

Hibiscus Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups water

  • 1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers

  • Sugar, honey, or alternative sweetener (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Boil Water: Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a kettle.

  2. Add Hibiscus Flowers: Once the water is boiling, add the dried hibiscus flowers.

  3. Steep: Turn off the kettle and allow the hibiscus flowers to steep for at least 10 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor will be.

  4. Strain and Serve: Pour the tea into a cup, straining out the hibiscus flowers.

  5. Sweeten: Add your choice of sweetener to taste.

  6. Enjoy: This tea can be served hot or chilled for a refreshing beverage.
