Versatile Herb-Infused Olive Oil

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Olive oil

  • 1 large clove of Garlic, crushed (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon dried Rosemary

  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary, crushed

  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a jar.

  2. Allow to marinate for 2 to 24 hours before serving, letting the herbs and spices infuse the oil.

  3. Enjoy with toasted bread or as a flavorful drizzle over roasted vegetables.
