Roasted Red Grapes

These awesomely delicious and syrupy roasted grapes pair wonderfully with cheese and crackers, making for a delightful appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Red Grapes

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Rinse the grapes under cold water and pat them dry with a clean towel.

  3. In a mixing bowl, coat the grapes in olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional rosemary to taste.

  4. Spread the coated grapes evenly on a cookie sheet.

  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

  6. After 15 minutes, increase the oven temperature to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and roast for an additional 10 minutes.

  7. Once done, remove the grapes from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve warm with Feta Cheese and wheat crackers.

  • Enjoy on Bruschetta with Feta Cheese.

  • Top warm Ricotta Cheese for an elegant dish.

  • For a sweet twist, drizzle over ice cream.
