Easy banana & blueberry breakfast bowl

Ingredients:

One very ripe Banana
Greek Yogurt about 8oz - 10 oz
2 TBL Butter
2 TBL Brown Sugar or Honey
1 -2 TBL Sesame Seed Tahini
1/4 cup of Blueberries
Toasted Sesame Seeds for garnish

Directions:

Peel and slice Banana
Add Yogurt to a bowl and set aside.
Heat butter in a pan. Add Sugar or honey and Bananas. Simmer low until Bananas are golden.
Remove bananas and add on top of the yogurt. Add the blueberries to the pan and simmer for a minute. Remove from heat and place on yogurt. 
Drizzle yogurt with Sesame Tahini Butter and garnish with sesame seeds. 

Serve and enjoy
