¼ cup sliced ginger root
5 cups water
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tbs honey (or to taste)
Instructions:
Put ginger and water into pot and bring to a boil.
Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Once ginger is decocted add lemon juice and mint and let sit.
Add honey to taste
note: the longer you let it simmer, the stronger the tea.
