Tomato Sauce Simple & Quick

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Wash, rinse, and chop the tomatoes.

  2. Place chopped tomatoes in a saucepan and cook down for 20-30 minutes.

  3. Allow the sauce to cool.

  4. Once cooled, transfer the tomatoes to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  5. Pour the blended sauce into jars. You can refrigerate for up to a week or freeze it for later use.
