Tomato Sauce Simple & Quick
Ingredients:
Tomatoes
Instructions:
Wash, rinse, and chop the tomatoes.
Place chopped tomatoes in a saucepan and cook down for 20-30 minutes.
Allow the sauce to cool.
Once cooled, transfer the tomatoes to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour the blended sauce into jars. You can refrigerate for up to a week or freeze it for later use.
