Overnight oats
Overnight oats are a simple and healthy breakfast meal children love. You can customize your bowl with toppings like Tahini butter, fresh berries, or simply with honey. Adding cinnamon or chia seeds boosts the nutrition. The best part is their versatility; try different flavors like banana, dates or apple with cinnamon.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Oatmeal
1/2 cup Yogurt
1/4 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Raspberries
2-3 slices Kiwi
Sunflower seeds (otional)
Honey
Directions:
Add oats to a mason jar or jar of your choice.
Pour in milk and add yogurt.
Add the berries on top (you can also add them in the morning).
Place in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, sprinkle with sunflower seeds and drizzle with honey. Enjoy!
