Baked Salmon with Garlic and Herbs
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (about 6-8 ounces each)
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon of fresh minced parsely or 1 teaspoon dried
1 tablespoon of fresh minched dill or 1 teaspoon dried
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Fresh lemon (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place the salmon fillets in a greased baking pan, skin side down.
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, rosemary, olive oil, thyme, parlesy, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Spread the garlic and herb mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon reaches your desired doneness.
