Typically made with a combination of tomatoes, onions, peppers, cilantro, lime juice, and seasonings, salsa can range from mild to extra spicy, catering to a wide range of taste preferences.

For a variation, roasted salsa can be made by charring the tomatoes and peppers before blending, which adds a smoky depth. Whichever version you choose, salsa is sure to bring a refreshing burst of flavor to your meals.
