Ingredients
4 ripe plum tomatoes, diced
1-2 jalapeño peppers, minced (adjust based on heat preference)
1 small red onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon cumin for added flavor
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced jalapeños, chopped red onion, and minced garlic.
Add the chopped cilantro and lime juice to the bowl.
Season with salt and, if desired, a pinch of cumin.
