Oven Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients
1 bunch of broccoli florets
1/4 cup olive oil
7-8 garlic cloves, sliced and crushed
1 tsp Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a cast iron pan or baking sheet, toss together the broccoli florets and crushed garlic with the olive oil.
Sprinkle the mixture with salt.
Place pan in the oven and roast for 20 minutes, or until the edges of the broccoli are crisp.
