Saving okra seeds

To save Okra seeds, let the the pods dry thoroughly on the stalks.  When the pods are fully dry, shake them. When you hear the seeds rattling, they're ready to be harvested. Strip the pods from the stalk, twist the pods and the seeds will easily fall out of the pods.

Place the seeds in a paper envelope, label and store.
