Chili oil, a staple in many cuisines, is a versatile condiment that adds both heat and depth of flavor to a variety of dishes. It typically consists of oil infused with crushed chili peppers, sometimes enhanced with additional spices and aromatics such as garlic or ginger. The oil is often used as a finishing touch for soups, stir-fries, and marinades, providing a rich, spicy kick that elevates the overall taste profile.
